2. Clinic participants should be on the field by 9:00am. Players should be dressed in shorts, T-shirts, cleats, shoulder pads w/jersey and helmet. Lunch is included. The camp store will be open during registration. To avoid lines pre-order from our internet camp store at store.o-d.com . Please allow 7 days for your orders to be processed and shipped. Order early so you receive your merchandise before the start of camp. Opening ceremonies will begin at 2:30pm, immediately following the clinics. If your child is a Day Camper, please pick him up by 5:00pm. If he is an Extended Day camper, please pick him up by 8:30 sharp. Parents are encouraged to stay and watch Clinics, Opening Ceremonies, and Parent Orientation. Offense-Defense welcomes parents to watch practices, but please pick up a visitor pass when you arrive. It is for your child’s safety. Parents will not be permitted in the dorm or cafeteria after Opening Ceremonies
If you are not attending a clinic: Arrive at registration between 9:30am and noon. Non-Clinic campers are to remain under their parent/guardian supervision until they are released from Opening Ceremonies to start their first contact session. At that time, they will be under the constant supervision of the coaches and counselors. Please make sure your camper is fed lunch prior to opening ceremonies. The first meal is dinner for sleepover and extended day campers on opening day. If your child is a Day Camper, Please pick him up by 5:00pm. If he is an Extended Day camper, please pick him up by 8:30pm sharp.
Closing Day Procedure All games will be held between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Please have your camper call you to notify you of game times. The office will not be able to give you the times. Following the games, immediately return rented equipment to avoid $500.00 lost equipment fee Immediately after the game return your key or there will be a lost key charge If you wish to rollover your remaining balance on your OD Card, please fill out the appropriate sheet available at the key return table. There will be no refunds of O-D Card balances.
