Offense-Defense Recruiting

Offense-Defense Recruiting provides national recruiting exposure for aspiring college football players and their families. As part of the O-D family, this program is designed to offer an affordable yet high-quality personalized recruiting assistance service, guiding families through the constantly evolving college recruiting process.

  • Our recruiting team is made up entirely of former college football coaches — because no one understands the recruiting process better than those who have lived it. We evaluate each athlete’s film through a college coach’s lens, providing honest, realistic feedback, and leverage our nationwide college coaching relationships to give athletes a true recruiting advantage.
  • Our mission is simple: educate, equip, and elevate. We educate families on how the recruiting process actually works, equip athletes with the tools and strategy needed to get noticed, and elevate their exposure through our national coaching network.
  • Every family is paired one-on-one with an experienced college football coach who mentors them through every stage of recruiting. Families receive scheduled weekly calls or video conferences, and our coaches are available year-round to answer questions and provide guidance when it matters most.
  • At O-D, we do more than promote athletes — we coach them up. We emphasize leadership, humility, respect, football IQ, and personal development. Our year-round engagement allows us to support athletes on and off the field, with the ultimate goal of helping them find the right college fit, matriculate successfully, graduate, and thrive beyond football.
